Wie kündige ich mein Abo?

Abos laufen über Apple: iPhone-Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements → Hookies → Abo kündigen. In der App: Profil & Einstellungen → Abo verwalten. Kündige spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des Zeitraums, sonst verlängert es sich.

Ich habe gekauft, aber mein Abo fehlt.

Profil & Einstellungen → „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Melde dich mit derselben Apple-ID an, mit der du gekauft hast.

Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück?

Erstattungen entscheidet Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Was ist gratis?

Jeden Monat drei Videos. Mehr Videos, KI-Effekte und 4K gibt es mit Hookies AI Plus oder Pro.

Wie lösche ich meine Daten?

Profil & Einstellungen → „Konto löschen“ (mit Konto) bzw. „Meine Daten löschen“ (ohne Konto). Das entfernt alles sofort und endgültig. Ein Abo kündigst du zusätzlich bei Apple.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions run through Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hookies → Cancel Subscription. In the app: Profile & settings → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, otherwise it renews.

I paid, but my subscription is missing.

Profile & settings → “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

What is free?

Three videos every month. More videos, AI effects and 4K come with Hookies AI Plus or Pro.

How do I delete my data?

Profile & settings → “Delete Account” (with an account) or “Delete my data” (without an account). This removes everything immediately and permanently. Cancel a subscription separately with Apple.
